LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing digital products from AiVisa, you agree to the following terms. This License Agreement applies to all downloadable products, including videos and images, with licenses tailored to their respective uses.

 

1. VIDEO PRODUCTS

1.1 Single Commercial Use License

✅ Use the video for one project, personal or commercial (e.g., social media, websites, store, shop, marketing videos).

✅ Each project requires a new license.

❌ Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the original video file is prohibited.

1.2 Extended Commercial License

✅ Allows broader usage, including:

• Multiple commercial projects or platforms (e.g., websites, ads, client projects).

• Monetized content, such as paid ads or video streaming.

❌ Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the original file remains prohibited.

 

2. IMAGE PRODUCTS

2.1 Single Commercial Use License

✅ Use the image for one project (e.g., website, poster, brochure, or client work).

✅ Print usage is allowed but requires significant alteration to reflect your unique style for resale, print-on-demand, or redistribution.

✅ Each new project requires a new license.

2.2 Extended Commercial License

✅ Covers broader commercial applications, including:

• Use in multiple projects or platforms.

• Monetized content, such as product packaging, ads, or websites.

❌ Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the original file remains prohibited.

✅ For print-on-demand or similar uses, significant alterations are still required.

2.3 Royalty-Free License

✅ Non-exclusive, perpetual rights to use the image across multiple projects without paying royalties.

✅ Print-on-demand or similar uses are permitted only with significant modifications to reflect your creative style.

❌ Redistribution or resale of the original file is strictly prohibited.

3. GENERAL LICENSE TERMS

3.1 Ownership

• All rights to the original products remain with AiVisa or its creators.

• Purchasing a license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

❌ Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original product file as-is.

❌ Use in print-on-demand services without significant creative modifications.

❌ Claim ownership of the original product.

❌ Use in illegal, offensive, or defamatory work.

3.3 Attribution

✅ Attribution is not required but appreciated when sharing publicly.

✅ Tag us on social media to help grow the creative community!

 

4. TERMINATION OF LICENSE

This license is automatically terminated if any terms are breached. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the product.

 

5. GOVERNING LAW

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
